Ordering Methods

Personalized and high-level customer service is a key requirement for maintaining and further enhancing the trust-based relationship with our customers. As part of our commitment to providing immediate and efficient service, we offer comprehensive solutions through our online store’s website, allowing you to choose the method that is most convenient for you from the options below:

Online Order

By submitting an online order, you can find the products you are interested in and click the "Complete Order" option. You will then follow the steps to finalize your order. You will need to select the Ordering Method of your choice, as well as the Payment Method that suits you. Once your order is completed and submitted, you will immediately receive an email with all the necessary details of the order you have just placed.

Pick-up from Store

By selecting pick-up from store, you will have the opportunity to be served by our well-trained staff and pick up the products you have selected from our online store, paying only for the value of the items.
Orders over 500€ for in-store pickup must be prepaid.

Order Cancellation/Modification

Before finalizing your online order, you have the option to modify the quantity of products or remove one or all items from your cart. If you have completed your order but it has not yet been shipped to you, you can contact our Customer Service department or email us at info@hdl-knx.gr, and an authorized representative will immediately assist in canceling your order. If your order has already been invoiced and dispatched to the destination you selected, no cancellations can be made.

Data Entry Errors

Our company is not bound by the delivery of products offered through the online store if, due to typographical or data entry errors, they are displayed at a price different from the actual price listed in the price list.
