Returns

According to the provisions of Article 4, paragraph 10 of Law 2251/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A'/16 November 1994) in combination with the Joint Ministerial Decision (J.M.D. Z1-891/30.8.2013), the consumer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days. In this context, within fourteen (14) working days, you have the option to return the purchased products either via shipping or in person to all physical stores, provided that the products are in exactly the same condition as when they were received and under the condition that they are accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction. Shipping costs for returning products to the company’s location are not covered by the company and are entirely borne by the sender/customer. It is emphasized that the responsibility for the loss, damage, or destruction of the product lies with the customer until the product is received by the company. Prior to any return, it is recommended that you first contact the company’s Customer Service department via email at info@hdl-knx.gr.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the fourteen (14) calendar-day period begins from the day the customer takes physical possession of the goods, or from the day the consumer takes physical possession of the last item in the case of multiple items ordered in a single order. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal/return, you must notify your intention to withdraw in writing by sending an email to the customer service address at info@hdl-knx.gr

 before the expiration of the relevant deadline.

The method of refund for the returned product depends on the payment method used for the original order.

  1. If the payment was made by credit card before the withdrawal and return of the product, the Company is obligated to inform the bank about the cancellation of the transaction.
  2. In the case of payment by cash, if the customer selected "pickup from store," the refund will be made in cash at the store where the product was picked up.
  3. If the refund is made through a bank transfer, the customer must provide the exact bank account details (IBAN and account holder's name). The refund will be processed within 5 working days from the acceptance of the return or cancellation of the order, and will be deposited into the customer's designated bank account.
